Every item in the store is inspected before it goes on the shelf. Electronics are tested in front of the buyer before payment. Clothing is cleaned and steamed. Flaws are disclosed in the listing - always. Each product carries exactly one label: New With Tags (sealed or tagged) or Pre-Loved (inspected and honest).

Suppliers keep 50% of every sale, flat, paid in USD - or convert their share into store credit and shop the same day. A fresh collection, The Drop, lands every 15 days. Most items exist in exactly one quantity: first paid, first served.
