All sales are final, with one exception: electronics can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 1 day of purchase or delivery, for serious functional defects verified by our team. No cash refunds, ever.
Delivery across Lebanon; the fee is by zone, quoted at checkout, and paid by you. For non-electronics you inspect at delivery and can refuse before paying (only the delivery fee is due). Electronics are tested and documented before dispatch.

We never accept used socks, undergarments, pacifiers, baby bottles, in-ear earphones, or diapers. Businesses go through the B2B program.
After 30 days: marked down up to 30%. After 60 days: up to 50%. After 90 days we send a return notice - items not collected within 15 days become store property and may be donated. You can withdraw unsold items any time from day 30.
On request, from 3 days after each sale: free cash pickup at the store, or Whish / OMT with a 2% fee - all in USD.
If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen in our custody during normal operations, we pay your full 50% share as if it sold. The store runs 6 security cameras recording continuously.
Convert your share into store credit the moment you sign - 5 items quoted at $200 total means $100 of credit, usable in-store and online the same day. Your choice item by item: convert some, keep others on consignment.
Converted items become Why Go Less property immediately and the trade is final. Credit is valid 6 months, works in-store and online, and is not exchangeable for cash. Offered at our discretion per item, confirmed on your quotation.
Boxes $20-$70/month, rails $36-$80/month (per level), vetrine $95/section, locked glass closet $80/shelf. Ground floor full rate, mezzanine 20% below. 3+ spaces take 10% off; 3 months prepaid takes an additional 5%.
A flat 30% on sales through WGL - in-store or on whygoless.com - regardless of how the customer found the product. Sales fully closed on your own channels are 0%.
Your logo on the space, a dedicated brand page on whygoless.com, AI-enhanced professional photography reusable on your channels, SEO/GEO product content, and exposure through WGL’s ongoing ads. Optional Nascode services (Shopify store, product videos) at an exclusive B2B discount.
