5. Nature of Goods Sold
Why Go Less sells brand-new and second-hand items, most of which are held on consignment. Items remain the property of the supplier or partner brand until they are sold, while Why Go Less prepares, prices, lists, markets and sells them. Your contract of sale is with Why Go Less, and Why Go Less is your point of contact for anything relating to your purchase.
Every item is labelled as either BRAND NEW or LIKE-NEW and its condition is described individually on its product listing. Second-hand items are sold in the condition described and may show signs of prior use consistent with that description. Almost all stock is single-unit. All prices are in US Dollars.
6. Terms Governing Sales
Purchases made in store or through this website are governed by our Terms of Service, our Return and Exchange Policy and our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Suppliers and partner brands are governed by our Supplier Terms and our B2B Terms. This Legal Notice is informational and does not replace those documents.
