Pickup from our Dekwaneh store is free and ready the same day if you order before 6PM. Delivery across Lebanon takes 1 to 3 business days. You get a confirmation when your order is ready, and you can message us on WhatsApp at any point for an update.
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can usually adjust an order before it leaves the store. Because almost everything we carry is one of a kind, we cannot swap an item for the same item in another size or colour.
We deliver across Lebanon. We do not ship internationally at the moment. Large items are listed online only and are collected or arranged case by case.

No. We exchange or issue store credit, valid 6 months, usable in store and online. The one exception is an order we cannot supply, where your money is returned in full.
Every electronic item is tested before it is listed and again with you at delivery or pickup. If a real functional defect shows up within 1 day, we exchange it or issue store credit.
