- Cleaned and steamed. Everything is cleaned and steamed before display. Nothing goes out the way it came in.
- Honestly described. Each item is photographed and described truthfully, including flaws. If a sweater has a small pull, the description says so.
And some things never make it in at all. We have a strict hygiene line: used socks, undergarments, pacifiers, baby bottles, and in-ear earphones are never accepted for consignment.
